Revolve和Donatella Versace成立时尚合资企业

- Revolve Group (RVLV) announced a joint venture with Donatella Versace to create a new beauty and fashion enterprise, capitalizing on her creative vision with Revolve’s (RVLV) online platform.
- "Donatella is one of the defining creative voices of our time. This partnership gives that vision an entirely new platform and the freedom to build something from the ground up," said Michael Mente, co-founder and co-CEO of Revolve Group.
- Donatella Versace will lead the joint venture’s creative vision as chief creative officer.
- The name of the joint venture will be revealed in the coming months.
