Immutep宣布1比20的ADS比率变化

Immutep (IMMP) will change its ADS ratio from 1 ADS = 10 ordinary shares to 1 ADS = 200 ordinary shares, effective September 28, 2026.
The change is equivalent to a 1-for-20 reverse split of ADSs, with every 20 existing ADSs automatically converted into one new ADS.
The move is intended to help Immutep regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price requirement after its ADS price remained below $1 for 30 consecutive business days.
Immutep’s Nasdaq compliance period ends October 26, 2026, with September 29 expected to be the first trading day counted toward the minimum bid-price requirement.
