Tradewind环球签署首份技术许可协议

- Tradewinds Universal (TRWD) announced on Monday that it signed its first technology licensing agreement to deploy its communications platform in the Latin American nightlife industry.
- The company will receive a $50K non-refundable upfront payment plus a negotiated percentage of revenue generated through participating partners.
- The agreement includes a 90-day probationary period to evaluate the licensee’s execution.
- Management said revenue from the deal could reach seven figures in the near term if the licensee successfully executes its strategy.
