QuickLogic任命James Sullivan首席财务官，重申第三季度指导

QuickLogic (QUIK) has appointed James Sullivan as its new senior vice president of finance and CFO, effective October 5.
He replaced Elias Nader, who resigned effective September 18 to pursue other opportunities.
Sullivan most recently served as CFO of Peraso, a publicly traded semiconductor company focused on mmWave wireless technology. He previously spent 14 years as CFO of MoSys and also held CFO roles at Apptera and 8x8.
The company also said its previously announced Q3 2026 guidance remains unchanged.
