Seer (SEER) said President, CFO, and Treasurer David Horn will depart the company effective October 1, 2026, to pursue a new opportunity at a private company.
Charles Endweiss, currently Seer’s VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, will become treasurer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective October 1.
Horn has been part of Seer’s leadership team for more than six years, while Endweiss has been with the company for nearly five years.
