VersaBank获得股东批准拟议的重组

VersaBank (VBNK) said shareholders overwhelmingly approved the bank’s proposed reorganization at a special meeting held September 16.
The reorganization will make new Delaware corporation Versa Bancorp the direct parent of VersaBank (VBNK), with 99.69% of the 21.98M shares voted in favor.
VersaBank (VBNK) said the reorganization will support growth in the U.S. and Canada, including its Structured Receivable Program in the U.S. and renewed Canadian growth.
The reorganization is targeted for completion by the end of October 2026.
