吉利德扩大了每年一次的Yeztugo的自愿许可协议

Gilead Sciences (GILD) is now including its under-development, once-yearly Yeztugo (lenacapavir) for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) of HIV in its six royalty-free voluntary licensing agreements for the drug.
Those agreements cover 120 mostly low- and lower-middle-income countries with a high rate of HIV infection.
Yeztugo is currently dosed twice a year after an initiation dose.
Once-yearly Yeztugo is in the phase 3 PURPOSE 365 trial. A potential launch is eyed for 2028.
