- Flora Food's management team, led by CEO David Haines, is working with its advisers on the process, according to a Sky News report on Wednesday.
- Private equity firms such as Platinum Equity and One Rock are likely buyers of Flora, the maker of "I can't believe it's not Butter," according to the report, which cited analysts.
- KKR and Flora Food Group declined to comment to Sky News.
