InMode因M.N.主动提出收购要约而下滑业务战略到期

- InMode (INMD) traded lower in premarket trading on Wednesday after the Israeli MedTech disclosed that a previously disclosed unsolicited takeover offer from M.N. Business Strategy had expired.
- The group, backed by InMode’s (INMD) CEO and co-founder, Moshe Mizrahy, made the takeover proposal on June 17, 2026.
- The offer expired on September 15 in accordance with its terms, the company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, adding that it has not reached any deal with M.N. Business Strategy regarding the proposal or any other transaction.
- The board of InMode (INMD) formed a special committee, comprising independent directors, to review the offer under which M.N. Business Strategy agreed to acquire all outstanding ordinary shares of the company not already owned by the investment firm for $16.20 per share.
