Beta Bionics (BBNX) priced an underwritten public offering of 7,652,175 common shares at $17.25/share plus pre-funded warrants for 1,043,484 shares at $17.2499 each.
Gross proceeds are expected to be about $150.0M before fees and expenses, the company said.
Closing is expected on or about Sept. 17, 2026.
The stock fell 7% in early trading on Wedneday.
