J&J/Contineum抑郁症候选人在第2阶段失败

An asset for major depressive disorder licensed to Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) from Contineum Therapeutics (CTNM) missed its primary endpoint in a phase 2 trial.
In the MOONLIGHT-1 trial, JNJ-5120/PIPE-307 did not improve the Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) total score compared with placebo.
J&J will continue to evaluate the data to determine next steps.
JNJ-5120, an M1 muscarinic receptor antagonist, also failed a phase 2 trial for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in November 2025.
