- The companies will launch NovaGen Health Networks, combining Veea’s edge computing, connectivity and cybersecurity with NovaGen’s regenerative medicine platform, with initial deployments planned for Q4 2026.
- GeoNova Capital has committed to invest $10M in the combined company as a cornerstone investor.
- Management estimates the combined company could be valued at ~$750M, based on internal projections and an independent valuation.
- The platform will initially connect health records, wearable data and biological measurements, with plans to expand into clinician-supervised diagnostics and therapy pathways subject to clinical validation and regulatory approvals.
