Ocean Power Technologies (OPTT) CEO and president Philipp Stratmann will step down effective September 14, 2026, by mutual agreement, while assisting with the leadership transition.
Tracy Pagliara has been appointed acting CEO and president and will join the board, bringing prior public-company CEO and CPA experience.
Jason Weed, formerly SVP of Commercial Sales, has been named chief operating officer.
