Crane Company (CR) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the U.S. pump business of Trillium Flow Technologies for approximately $240M.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter and will be subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
The acquired business expects full-year revenue of approximately $115M.
