Glucotrack (GCTK) announced on Friday it had entered into agreements for approximately $11.5M in convertible notes, including $4.5M in new cash investment.
The financing also includes $4.5M of existing notes being rolled over and carries a 22% original issue discount.
The notes have an initial conversion price of $3.12 per share, while investors will receive warrants exercisable at $7.50 per share.
Dawson James Securities acted as the sole placement agent.
