LifeStance Health Group's (LFST) stockholders intend to offer 22.25M shares of the company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share.
The selling stockholders will receive all the proceeds from the offering. The company is not selling any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
In addition, LifeStance has authorized the concurrent purchase from the underwriter of 2M shares of common stock.
