Tenet定价20亿美元优先票据发行

Tenet Healthcare (THC) said on Tuesday it priced a $2 billion private offering of senior notes due 2034, up from the previously planned $1.5 billion.
The notes will carry a 6.25% annual interest rate. Tenet plans to use the proceeds and cash on hand to redeem its $1.5 billion of 2027 senior secured notes and partially redeem $500 million of its 2028 senior notes.
