Celebstar Lottery推出5亿欧元要约收购，新票据将于2032年到期

• Brightstar Lottery (BRSL) launched a tender offer for its outstanding €500M 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028 and announced a benchmark offering of new euro-denominated senior secured notes due 2032.
• Brightstar Lottery (BRSL) will offer €990 per €1,000 principal amount for any and all of the Regulation S interests in the existing notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
• The notes mature on April 15, 2028.
• Proceeds from the new 2032 notes will be used to fund the tender offer, repay borrowings under Brightstar Lottery's senior revolving credit facilities and cover fees and expenses related to the transactions. The company said the transactions are intended to extend the weighted average maturity of its debt.
• Brightstar Lottery (BRSL) plans to complete the tender offer on September 18.
