VERAXA Biotech任命Raju Willener为CFO

VERAXA (VRXA) said on Friday it appointed Raju Willener as CFO, effective immediately, succeeding Carl von Halem, former CFO.
Willener brings more than 30 years of international experience across investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, and asset management.
He most recently served as CFO of Exentis Group AG, where he led M&A initiatives, financial strategy, and key corporate functions.
