Scage Future收到纳斯达克上市缺陷通知

Scage Future (SCAG) said on Wednesday it received two Nasdaq notifications related to requirements for the market value of its listed securities and publicly held shares.
Nasdaq said Scage’s market value of listed securities fell below the $50 million minimum required for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market, based on the 30-business-day period through Aug. 26.
The company also said Nasdaq determined it did not meet the alternative total assets and total revenue standard.
