Bitdeer Technologies (BTDR) announced on Monday that its Bitdeer AI unit has sold out the 9.5MW capacity at its A102 data center in Malaysia for AI cloud services ahead of energization planned for Q1 2027.
The site now has 5-year offtake commitments worth more than $800M in expected revenue.
The contracts are not expected to contribute revenue in 2026, with revenue and related costs are expected to begin in Q1 2027.
Bitdeer AI is targeting 350MW of AI cloud data center capacity by Q1 2028, with customer prepayments generally expected to cover more than 50% of associated capital spending.
Its AI cloud capacity pipeline now exceeds $2B, with the company focusing on its 21.7MW Johor Bahru site and other locations.
The stock closed ~5% higher at ~$10.85.
