NeuThera Labs宣布14分之一的股票合并

- NeuroThera Labs (NTLX:CA), a subsidiary of SciSparc, will consolidate its common shares on a 1-for-14 basis.
- The consolidation is expected to take effect at market open on or around September 2, 2026, with NTLX expected to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis the same day.
- The company expects the higher share price could broaden its potential investor base and help meet minimum trading-price requirements for a possible U.S. or other exchange listing.
- NeuroThera currently has 192.14M shares outstanding, which is expected to fall to ~13.72M shares after the consolidation.
