协鑫授权1000万美元的股票回购计划

  • GCL Global (GCL) said that its Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $10M over the next 12 months.
  • The company said it expects to fund the buyback with available cash on hand.
  • “With our cash position and the underlying strength of our business, we believe this is an opportune time to invest in our own shares, while maintaining financial flexibility to execute on our growth strategy,” said CEO Sebastian Toke.
  • The stock price rose about 9% on Friday during pre-market hours of trading.
