BitGo通过NYDIG交易扩大托管、交易和融资服务

- BitGo Holdings (BTGO) announced on Thursday that it completed the acquisition of NYDIG’s institutional trading business and related assets.
- The deal expands the company's institutional markets platform with derivatives, financing, structured products, and capital markets capabilities, complementing its custody, settlement, and wallet services.
- About 30 NYDIG employees and its institutional client trading relationships have joined BitGo as part of the transaction.
- The company expects the expanded offering to strengthen its institutional business and increase the stickiness of client assets on the platform (AOP).
- NYDIG will now focus on its power generation, bitcoin (BTC-USD) mining, and HPC data centers, with a development pipeline exceeding 3 GW, including more than 1 GW expected to be deliverable in 2027 and 2028.
- BitGo CEO Mike Belshe said the transaction will scale the company’s trading and infrastructure capabilities while expanding its reach among sophisticated institutional clients.
