Alcon定价5亿欧元的高级票据

Alcon (ALC) priced a €500M senior notes offering carrying a 3.875% annual interest rate and maturing in 2033.
The notes will be issued by Alcon Finance and fully guaranteed by Alcon on a senior basis.
The offering is expected to close on September 2, 2026.
Alcon plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including potentially refinancing existing debt.
The notes are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on its Euro MTF market.
