Cerence将以面值92.75%的价格回购1000万美元可转换票据

Cerence (CRNC) said on Wednesday it agreed to repurchase $10M of its 1.50% convertible senior notes due 2028 at 92.75% of principal value.
The repurchase is expected to reduce interest expense, lower leverage, and eliminate potential dilution related to the repurchased notes.
Pursuant to the transaction, the company will have $170M of the notes outstanding and will continue to evaluate repurchases through maturity in 2028.
