Volato Group (SOAR) has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Alignment Engine in a deal valued at ~$500M.
The transaction repositions Volato around advanced AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and data center development through Alignment Engine’s powered industrial campus in Ohio, the company said.
SOAR will remain a publicly traded parent company following the deal.
SOAR 66.24% to $0.26.
