Kura Oncology (KURA) stock price jumped ~8.7% after President and CEO Troy Wilson purchased 100,000 shares of the cancer drug developer.
Wilson bought the shares on August 17 at a weighted average price of $11.12 per share, representing an investment of about $1.1M, according to a Form 4 filing.
The purchases were executed at prices ranging from $10.87 to $11.31 per share.
Following the transaction, Wilson held 435,456 Kura Oncology shares directly, while additional shares were held indirectly through two trusts.
