球体3D更名为黑马科技，计划更换纳斯达克股票

- Sphere 3D (ANY) shareholders approved the company’s name change to DarkHorse Technologies.
- The company has reserved NASDAQ ticker “DRK” and plans to begin trading under it after the legal name change.
- DarkHorse will focus on AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, including energized power capacity, modular infrastructure, and smaller-footprint sites.
- The company will immediately operate under the “DarkHorse Technologies” brand, with a new website and branding planned.
- The legal name change will take effect after the company completes its continuance from Ontario to British Columbia, expected in the coming weeks.
