Baxter任命John Rogers为首席财务官

Baxter International (BAX) said on Wednesday it had appointed John Rogers as the CFO and EVP, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Rogers joins Baxter from Smith+Nephew, where he has served as CFO since 2024. He previously held CFO roles at WPP and Sainsbury’s.
He also brings public-company board experience, including as an independent director and audit committee chair at Grab Holdings and Travis Perkins.
The company confirmed that its full-year 2026 financial expectations remain unchanged from the outlook provided on July 30.
