IM Cannabis宣布1比30合并后股价下跌

2026-08-19 05:12

  • IM Cannabis (IMCC) announced on Tuesday that its board approved a 1-for-30 share consolidation, expected to take effect on Aug. 27, 2026.
  • Shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 27 on a post-consolidation basis, with the company retaining its IMCC ticker and name, subject to final Nasdaq confirmation.
  • The consolidation is expected to reduce outstanding shares from about 18.12M to 603.92K.
  • The main purpose of the move is to increase the stock’s per-share price and regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price requirement.
  • The company has until Oct. 6, 2026, to regain compliance. It must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days.
  • The company said there is no assurance that the consolidation will restore compliance or maintain its Nasdaq listing.
  • On the market side, the stock crashed ~12.30% to ~$0.092 in the after hours.
