Stantec扩大股票回购授权

Stantec (STN) is expanding its share buyback authorization to 5% of shares outstanding, up from 2%.
The company has already repurchased 1.67M shares at a weighted average of C$103.43, representing 1.46% of shares outstanding as at March 10, 2026, when Stantec filed its initial application with the TSX.
The expanded program, allowing repurchases of up to 5.70M shares, starts Aug. 20 and runs through March 11, 2027.
