MicroVision推出1700万美元私募股权

MicroVision (MVIS) on Friday announced the pricing of its public offering of an aggregate of 6.80M units, at a public offering price of $2.50 per unit, for gross proceeds of $17M.
The offering will consist of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock, immediately exercisable and expiring five years from the date of issuance.
MVIS -39.79% to $2.27 pre-market.
