ING将赎回17.5亿美元可赎回优先票据

ING (ING) plans to redeem $1.75B of callable senior notes on Sept. 11, 2026, their scheduled call date.
The notes include $500M of floating-rate notes and $1.25B of fixed-to-floating-rate notes, both due in 2027. ING will redeem them at 100% of their principal amount. Accrued and unpaid interest will be paid in the usual manner to holders of record as of Sept. 10, 2026.
