Omeros (OMER) is up ~29% in Thursday trading after posting Q2 financial results following Wednesday's closing bell that beat on both lines.
Results were helped by a 190% increase compared to Q1 in sales of Yartemlea (narsoplimab), its treatment for hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy, to $32.2M.
Q2 non-GAAP GPS of $0.02 compares to a loss of $0.57 in the year-ago period.
In Q2, the company repurchased an additional 489,000 shares of common stock.
Omeros ended the quarter (June 30) with cash and short-term investments of ~$132M compared to ~$171.8M on Dec. 31, 2025.
