Canada Nickel (CNIKF) announced on Wednesday it had a plan to raise C$15M through a non-brokered private placement of 10M units priced at C$1.50 per unit.
Each unit will include one common share and one-half warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at C$2.25 for 36 months.
Proceeds will support permitting and engineering activities, repayment of outstanding debt, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
