Electrovaya (ELVA) shares fell 21% after the lithium-ion battery maker reported third-quarter revenue missed Wall Street estimates.
Its Q3 revenue came in at $17.71M, missing estimates by $3.36M, despite a 3.6% year-on-year increase.
Gross margin rose to 34.9% from 30.8% a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA increased 27% to $3.7M. Net profit fell to $0.3M from $0.9M.
Electrovaya lowered its fiscal 2026 normalized revenue outlook to about $70M-$73M, citing the timing of customer programs, including roughly $5M of high-voltage battery deliveries pushed into fiscal 2027.
