Modiv股东批准Global Net Lease宣布的收购

Modiv Industrial (MDV) said its common stockholders approved the previously announced acquisition by Global Net Lease (GNL), with approximately 94% of votes cast in favor of the transaction, representing more than 61% of Modiv’s outstanding common shares.
The transaction is expected to close on or about August 12, 2026.
Upon closing, Modiv (MDV) investors are expected to receive a 25% increase in dividend income and become holders of GNL stock, according to Modiv CEO Aaron Halfacre.
