Encompass Health宣布私募发行5.875%优先票据

- Encompass Health (EHC) said on Monday it had launched a private offering of $100M aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2034.
- The offering will reopen the company’s May 2026 notes, with terms identical to the existing notes except for the issuance date and offering price.
- The notes will be senior unsecured obligations, guaranteed by certain subsidiaries.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, to repay outstanding borrowings under its senior secured revolving credit facility.
- The offering is subject to market and other conditions.
