Newmark首席执行官Barry Gosin辞职

Newmark Group (NMRK) said chief executive officer Barry Gosin will step down from the role on Dec. 31, 2026, ending a tenure that began in 1979.
Gosin will remain chairman of Newmark & Company Real Estate, the company's operating unit, where he will focus on strategic initiatives and help ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Newmark's board of directors expects to identify a new CEO by year end.
NMRK shares fell 3.4% premarket.
