AZIO AI签署了与英伟达AI系统购买相关的7700万美元潜在交易

- AZIO AI (AZIO) announced on Thursday that it signed an agreement with Power Champion Investment to purchase up to 128 NVIDIA (NVDA)'s HGX B300 GPU systems for deployment at U.S.-based AI infrastructure facilities.
- Based on current prices, the agreement has an estimated hardware value of about $77M, assuming all systems are purchased and the agreement's conditions are met.
- The company said actual revenue could vary depending on market pricing, purchase volumes, and delivery timing.
- The agreement supports the initial phase of AZIO AI's commercial relationship with Power Champion and follows the hosting agreement announced in July 2026.
- CEO Chris Young said the agreement reflects continued momentum with Power Champion and growing demand for enterprise AI infrastructure.
- On the market side, AZIO AI stock crashed ~7.39% to ~$1.50 in the premarket hours.
