Strategy (MSTR) announced on Wednesday a new employee benefit under which it will contribute $250 annually to a Trump account for every eligible child under 18 of its U.S. employees.
For children born on or after Jan. 1, 2025, the company will also make a one-time $1K contribution, matching the U.S. government's seed contribution.
The program will begin once the U.S. Treasury issues final guidance and the required employer contribution system becomes operational.
President and CEO Phong Le said the initiative supports financial education, long-term investing, and saving from an early age, aligning with the company's long-term investment philosophy.
Strategy also said it is joining the Invest America Business Pledge, extending its existing family benefits for eligible U.S. employees.
