ContextLogic将以8.5亿美元收购gChem

- ContextLogic (LOGC) said it has agreed to acquire specialty chemicals company Gaylord Chemical (gChem) from investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital and its co-investors in a deal that values the chemical company at an enterprise value of $850M.
- The deal is expected to be financed with a combination of equity and debt financing.
- Upon closing, gChem will become ContextLogic's second operating business, following the acquisition of US Salt in February 2026.
- gChem is a Louisiana-based specialty chemicals company whose products are used in industries including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, agriculture, performance chemicals and aerospace. The company pioneered the commercial dimethyl sulfoxide market and has served customers for more than 60 years.
