So-Young任命新首席财务官

So-Young International (SY) appointed Nan Shen as chief financial officer, effective August 3, 2026.
Shen previously served as an independent director on So-Young's board since October 2023 and will continue as a director.
She stepped down from the Board's audit, compensation, and nominating & corporate governance committees following her CFO appointment.
Shen brings prior CFO experience from Gaotu Techedu (GOTU) and a background in finance, accounting, and corporate strategy.
