FDA Space获4.74亿美元扩建Telesat Lightspeed LEO星座

MDA Space (MDA:CA) said it will supply 27 additional AURORA broadband satellites to Telesat's (TSAT) Lightspeed low Earth orbit constellation after the telecom company expanded the network from 156 to 225 fully funded satellites.
The expansion increases the value of MDA Space's contract by $474M, covering the new satellites, additional military Ka-band capacity, and other long-lead components. The company expects to add most of the $474M to its backlog in the third quarter of 2026.
