Zai Lab获得用于治疗神经内分泌癌的ADC的孤儿药地位

The US FDA has granted Orphan Drug status to Zai Lab's (LAB) antibody-drug conjugate zocilurtatug pelitecan for neuroendocrine carcinomas.
The asset previously received Fast Track designation for other indications, including small cell lung cancer.
Zoci targets Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), which is overexpressed in many neuroendocrine carcinomas.
