KKR支持的LEAP India目标是在2.85亿美元的印度IPO中估值7.34亿美元

  • KKR-backed (KKR) logistics company LEAP India is targeting a valuation of about $734M (₹6,400 crore) through its upcoming IPO. 
  • The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹151-₹159 per share. Shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE on August 14. The issue scheduled to open for subscription on August 7 and close on August 11.
  • The IPO comprises a $55M fresh issue, increased from the previously planned $46M, and a $230M offer for sale (OFS). KKR-backed promoter Vertical Holdings II will sell shares worth about $230M in the OFS, while the fresh issue proceeds will primarily be used to reduce debt.
  • The company said around $41M from the fresh issue will be used to repay borrowings, with the remaining proceeds allocated toward general corporate purposes. LEAP India's consolidated borrowings stood at about $118M as of June 2026.
  • LEAP India provides asset pooling and supply chain solutions, offering reusable pallets, containers and material handling equipment to customers across sectors including FMCG, e-commerce, quick commerce, automotive and industrials.
