诺华扩大了普卢维托的适应症

The US FDA has approved an expanded indication for Novartis' (NVS) Pluvicto (lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan) so that it can be used across all stages of PSMA-positive metastatic prostate cancer.
The drugmaker noted that the approval will almost double the eligible patient population.
Approval was granted based on results from the phase III PSMAddition trial that showed Pluvicto reduced the risk of progression or death by 28% when combined with standard of care compared to standard of care alone.
