德国第二季度GDP同比增长0.9%，超出预期

Germany’s economy expanded 0.2% in Q2, slowing from an upwardly revised 0.4% growth in the previous quarter but exceeding market expectations for a 0.1% increase, according to preliminary estimates.
The quarterly growth was supported by stronger exports, while domestic demand remained under pressure. Household consumption stayed subdued, and capital investment declined during the period, highlighting continued weakness in parts of the domestic economy.
On a Y/Y basis, Germany’s economy grew 0.9% in Q2 2026, accelerating from an upwardly revised 0.7% expansion in Q1 and beating economists’ expectations for 0.6% growth.
