贝莱德披露持有Ondas 7.2%的被动股份

BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) disclosed a 7.2% passive stake in Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS), according to a Schedule 13G filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The asset manager reported beneficial ownership of 38.1M shares of Ondas common stock. The stake represents 7.2% of Ondas' outstanding common stock.
ONDS shares have declined 30% year to date, with short interest remaining above 30% for more than five consecutive months, underscoring persistent bearish sentiment.
